Come join us at PR Star Fitness Loudoun at our 5th annual Heroes for Heroes event. Each year, we gather to complete three hero workouts named after a fallen soldier, a fallen firefighter, and a fallen law enforcement officer to honor their sacrifice while simultaneously raising money for service dogs for veterans and former first-responders with PTSD.All proceeds this year will go to the CJ3 Foundation, which supports veterans and former first-responders with PTSD by providing service dogs.

These workouts will be completed with a partner, and you will have some rest between events. Registration is $40 per person and includes a shirt. The deadline to register AND get a shirt is 9/7.
