Hero’s & Hearts — A Valentine’s Event for FamiliesThis Valentine’s Day, we’re inviting kids and parents to a free, family-friendly martial arts event focused on kindness, teamwork, and positive interaction.
Kids are encouraged to dress up as their favorite heroes and take part in a fun, guided stations where movement and learning go hand in hand. Throughout the experience, we’ll talk about how kindness can be a real superpower — something kids can practice every day at home, at school, and with friends.
Parents are asked to stay and go through the stations with the kids.
