Admission is FREE. No ticket is required for admission. Walk-ins are welcome.
An Eventbrite RSVP is appreciated and helps us plan for attendance, but you do not need to RSVP to attend Heroes & Harvest.
Food, merchandise, raffle tickets and certain activities are available for purchase separately.
JOIN US
Friday, September 11 from 4:00–8:00 PM at Newtown Commons in Stephens City for Heroes & Harvest, a free community fall festival filled with food, live music, shopping, kids activities and more.
Heroes & Harvest is hosted by the Northern Shenandoah Valley Community Veterans Engagement Board, but this event is for the entire community. Bring your family, invite your friends and come spend the evening with us!
LIVE MUSIC
Enjoy live music by Guitars4Vets throughout the evening.
FOOD & TREATS
Come hungry! Our lineup includes:
Bee’z Lemonade – Freshly squeezed lemonade, flavored lemonades and freshly brewed iced tea
Blue Ridge Popcorn – Gourmet popcorn in a variety of flavors and dirty sodas
Mattie’s Soft Serve – Frozen custard
Mimi’s Food Trailer – Specialty hot dogs and nachos
Momma Cindy’s – Burgers, steak and cheese, and breakfast sandwiches served all day
Potato Sensations – Loaded potatoes and loaded fries
Talk of the Town Food Service – BBQ, hamburgers, fresh-cut fries, deviled eggs, grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese bites, coleslaw and banana pudding
Plus sweet treats from Soul Cinna and Wicked Whisk.
KIDS ACTIVITIES
There will be plenty for the kids to do!

DUNK TANK & RAFFLES
Think you can dunk the Mayor of Stephens City?
Stop by the dunk tank throughout the evening and take your shot at dunking the Mayor and other special guests.
We'll also have raffles with prizes donated by businesses and community partners.
Proceeds from fundraising activities help support the Northern Shenandoah Valley CVEB's Veterans Emergency Financial Assistance Fund.
