Are you ready to maximize your athletic performance? If so, come join Performance Specialist Coach Ed Downs and Sports Scientist Dr. Mark Derriso for a 2-day sports performance clinic. Coach Downs and Dr. Derriso will share their 30+ years of combined expertise to help athletes optimize their performance using state of the art sports technology, advanced data analytics and novel training methods.
What’s Included?
Day 1: Sports Performance Assessments
Each participant will be assessed using the same devices used by college and professional athletes. The following performance factors will be measured to established a personilzed baseline:
- Reactive Strength (quickness), Speed, Peak Force (max strength), Peak Power (explosive power), Biomechanical Movement, Reaction Time, Memory Recall and Decision Making
Day 2: Performance Training
Partcipants will experience a workout designed specfically for this clinic based on the results of the perfromance assessments from Day 1.
- Learn how to improve and maximize those performance factors so you can separate yourself from the competition!!
