HERO Sports Performance & Analysis Clinic

Each participant will be assessed using the same devices used by college and professional athletes. The following performance factors will be measured to established a personilzed baseline:

• Reactive Strength (quickness), Speed, Peak Force (max strength), Peak Power (explosive power), Biomechanical Movement, Reaction Time, Memory Recall and Decision Making

Partcipants will experience a workout designed specfically for this clinic based on the results of the perfromance assessments from Day 1.
