Swim, Bike, Run! This non-timed, non-competitive event provides an excellent opportunity for youth, ages 4-12, to experience the sport of Triathlon.Each triathlete will swim first, go directly to bicycling, and finish with running. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY and parents are encouraged to assist and participate alongside! Participants are divided into waves based on age.
Ages 7-12 year old participants:
• Swim 50 meters • Bike 1 mile • Run .75 mile
Ages 4-6 year old participants:
• Swim 50 feet (lifejackets available)
• Bike .6 mile (training wheels ok)
• Run .4 mile
Volunteers needed to help with the course!
