Pelvic Function Level 2A (PF2A) is an intermediate pelvic health course that expands the clinician’s ability to evaluate and treat pelvic dysfunction. Participants will explore common GI conditions such as IBS, fecal incontinence, and constipation, along with anorectal pain syndromes, hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, pudendal neuralgia, and coccygodynia. The course introduces nutrition for bowel health, colorectal conditions, and oncology considerations.Trauma-informed, evidence-based care is emphasized through hands-on labs including external perineal and internal anorectal assessment, balloon retraining, and outcome measures. Designed as a progression from Pelvic Function Level 1, this course provides skills that are immediately applicable to clinical practice.
