Sometimes it can all feel like a jungle, unfamiliar, unpredictable, and overwhelming.
HERiZON: Welcome to the Jungle is a half-day experience designed for women navigating change in their bodies, careers, and lives, who want honest conversation, practical insight, and space to reflect.
This International Women’s Day, we’re creating a room where women don’t have to have it all figured out; they just have to show up.
What to expect
✨ Normalise
Real conversations that remove shame and isolation around menopause, wellbeing, leadership, and identity, naming what many women are experiencing but rarely talk about.
✨ Navigate
Practical insight from women across health, psychology, leadership, and lived experience offering perspectives, tools, and clarity to move forward with confidence.
✨ Rise
A facilitated workshop session designed to help you integrate what you’ve heard, reflect on what matters now, and identify what comes next on your terms.
The morning includes
• A panel conversation featuring women across leadership, health, and psychology
• An opening guided breathwork experience with Amanda Wright (Breathe Wright) to ground, reset, and arrive fully - ADDITIONAL BONUS JUST RELEASED!!
