Heritage Weekend Forest Therapy at Flag Fen

The benefits of spending time in nature include reducing stress, reducing anxiety, restoring focus and attention, increasing immunity - among many more. Each session is designed to bring people into the present moment by focusing on the body and the environment through a series of invitations. Each invitation is designed to calm the mind and body. The session will have a small break to enjoy some refreshments. Chairs are provided although sitting on the floor or standing is perfectly alright - being comfortable is the key. It is an all weather event. The session will be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser - if not please understand the tickets are non-refundable. Come dressed for the elements!
