Join us for an enlightening heritage walk through the historic Wellington Botanic Garden, sharing the stories of heritage trees.This easy one-hour walk will focus on many of the notable specimen trees planted since 1868. The majority of the trees around the duck pond and its surrounds were planted in 1871 and 1872. This is the heart of the Wellington Botanic Garden where all the early plantings were carried out by the first administration.
Meet at the Founders' Entrance, Glenmore Street.
