Heritage Sun Printing Workshop
About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, we'll use real leaves, flowers, and stems picked fresh from our garden to make beautiful blue-and-white prints. We'll be using an analog form of photography known as cyanotype — no experience or camera needed, just curiosity!
This is a family-friendly event – children, parents, grandparents, and friends are all welcome.
Cost: FREE
Location: Amend Community Garden, 1518 Pennsylvania St.
Water, snacks, and lunch will also be provided!
After we print, we’ll share a delicious meal made with fresh veggies we’re growing right here in the garden. It’s a wonderful chance to eat together, ask questions about the garden, and celebrate growing and creating as a community
What to bring:
Just yourself and your enthusiasm! Wear clothes and shoes that can get a little dirty. Sun hats and/or sun screen are recommended.
