R.E.S.T. Sound Healing Series

Join us in person for the R.E.S.T. Sound Healing Series – a chill space to unwind, recharge, and soak in soothing sounds. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned listener, this series is designed to help you relax deeply and reset your mind and body. Bring your comfy blanket & pillow, and dive into waves of calming vibrations. Let’s vibe together and embrace peaceful moments! During the 8-weeks, each session will bring something new to engage in along with the sound bath (i.e. journaling, breathwork etc)!

In collaboration with the City of Detroit, this series will run every Saturday from June 27-August 15. $10 will be collected at the door.
