The AL Forestry Commission will lead a discussion on fire & forestry, explaining how fire shapes forests. Get an up-close look at the equipment used to manage wildfires.
The North Alabama Agriplex offers a series of hands-on programs for homeschoolers (kindergarten through 6th grade) and their parents once a month. The program is held on Fridays from 9:00-11:00 am at the Agriplex Heritage Center. Class fees are $15 per student. Adults are free with a max program cost of $30 per family. Registration is required. No refunds.
