Heritage Days is a much-loved annual event and due to the overwhelming response, we will again host the event on three different days in 2025. This gives guests an option of the day of the week that best works with their schedule. Dates for 2025 include: Tuesday, April 15, Wednesday, April 16, and Thursday, April 17. At Heritage Days, guests have the opportunity to experience life on the frontier and witness skilled demonstrators and artists. Guests will have a chance to SEE, FEEL, and TOUCH different historical trade skills such as blacksmithing, leatherworking, woodworking, working with fibers and cooking.Heritage Days allows guests to experience the frontier at their own pace between the hours of 9:00 and 1:00 pm on the day that best works with their schedule. The cost for all guests ages 3 and older is only $8 per day (one day allows enough time to explore and experience the different demonstrations and artists). April is also a great time to be outdoors and enjoy the park, so feel free to bring blankets and picnic on the lawn of the Bowen House or anywhere throughout Moss-Wright Park.
Heritage Days is open to the public as well as school or tour groups. For any group with 5 or more total guests, reservations are required in advance. For groups smaller than 5, reservations are encouraged.
