Make your own re-useable Yorkshire pocket notebook, complete with tri-fold cover and decorative paper lining. Perfect for notes on the go. Suitable for beginners (age14+) but some previous craft experience is helpful. All materials and tools are provided.

Linette of Anachronalia is a Leeds-based bookbinder with a background in Medieval Studies at the University of Leeds who has been bookbinding since 2012. She has a particular interest in book history and miniatures, and likes to incorporate historical features into modern books.”

An A7 pocket-sized faux leather notebook with tri-fold cover and decorative paper lining (can be Yorkshire themed using a 1577 Yorkshire Map Print).

This class involves cutting, glueing, and sewing.

Thanks to generous funding from Arts Council England, we are able to offer this event as Pay What You Decide, which means you don’t have to pay until after you have experienced the workshop
Pay What You Decide not only allows you to pay what you can afford, rather than a fixed ticket price, but also removes the financial risk of buying a ticket for a workshop in advance without knowing whether you are going to enjoy the experience or not.
Tickets are available to book in advance as usual, but there is no obligation for you to pay until after you have attended. You can then decide on a price which you think is suitable based on your experience and enjoyment, which means if you haven’t enjoyed it at all, you don’t have to pay anything
