Heritage Craft Cider 4 Course Pairing Dinner 7th November

Join us in the wonderfully preserved regency dining room at Ashley Court for an exquisite cider pairing menu curated by Gerald Pospischil. Using seasonal ingredients grown in our walled garden and from local, and sustainable growers, this menu offers an incredibly fresh field to fork experience. Each course will be accompanied by a guided cider and perry pairings poured by Mike and Claire of Rull Orchard, a local, award winning cider producer. Amuse Bouche, starter, main course, desert. One complimentary welcome drink. Hosted by Tara and Claire.
