Chef Lumi will guide students through the building blocks of dough, covering yeast, temperature, timing, kneading, rolling, shaping, filling, and baking. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of not just how dough works, but why—with approachable insights into the science behind successful baking.

Buttery Biscuits
Sweet Rolls
Students will sample each item during class and take baked goods home. Please bring boxes or Tupperware for your take-home treats.
