HerFinance Circle: Investing in Yourself - Coaching & Financial Planning brings together senior female finance professionals from across Yorkshire for a morning of networking, practical learning and shared experiences.
Leadership Consultant & Coach Bianca Spruit from Sprout Coaching will explore why coaching is one of the highest ROI leadership skills you can develop. Through practical examples and a live coaching exercise, you'll discover simple coaching techniques that help build ownership, improve decision-making and develop stronger, more confident teams.
You'll then hear from Emma Indergaard, Financial Planner, Chartered ALIBF, and Judith Randall, Business Development Manager at Schofield Money, who will bring financial planning to life through an engaging gameshow-style session. Together, they'll explore tax planning, inheritance considerations and strategies for building and protecting long-term wealth in a way that's practical, interactive and enjoyable.
Alongside both sessions, you'll have plenty of opportunity to network with senior female finance professionals over breakfast and refreshments.
You'll leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately, and as a CPD-accredited event, attendance provides 1.5 hours of recognised CPD learning.
