Here She Rises is a soul-nourishing weekend retreat for women ready to soften, to exhale, and to remember the truth of who they are beneath the noise and expectations.
Together, we create a sacred space of rest, embodiment, and reconnection, where nothing needs to be fixed, and everything is welcome.

Who seek soul connection, not just conversation.
Who are done with shrinking, hiding, or waiting
for permission.
Who want to meet others in the wild tenderness of shared humanity and sacred sisterhood.
This retreat is not about becoming someone new,
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
With a blend of powerful practices and soft invitations, including Reiki, sound healing, movement, breathwork, creative expression and stillness. You’ll be gently guided back to your essence.
Everything offered is optional. Just being here, being you, is enough.
