❄️ EVM Sacred Sound Journey – Winter Series ❄️A Journey to Inner Peace & Personal Renewal
As the earth turns inward and the light softens, we too are called to rest, reflect, and realign. This winter, I invite you to join me for a sacred series of sound journeys, a space to pause, breathe, and return home to yourself.
Over four soul-nourishing sessions, we will gather in stillness, breath, and sacred sound to honour this season of **hibernation and quiet transformation**. Each session is an offering, a doorway to inner peace, personal renewal, and energetic balance.
🕯️ Surrounded by warmth, vibration and intention, you'll be gently guided through breathwork, body awareness, and the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, medicine drums and more.
These aren’t just beautiful sounds, they are **vibrational medicines**. Science now confirms what ancient traditions have always known:
🔹 Sound and frequency support the body in moving out of stress and into rest
🔹 Vibrations help **regulate the nervous system**, shift brainwave states, and align the energy centres
🔹 These sessions allow for **emotional release, spiritual connection, and deep cellular healing**

🧘♀️ Some Yoga mats and blankets are provided but bring your own if you have them, also feel free to bring any additional comforts:
• A padded camping mat or sheepskin for extra cushioning
• Eye pillow or scarf
• Your favourite hydration (water, herbal tea, etc.)
• A journal for post-journey reflections
