Here Come The Mummies
This November, something strange is rising from the dead—and it has a horn section.
Wrapped in mystery, mischief, and several thousand yards of bandages, Here Come the Mummies bring their outrageous live show to Hinman Auditorium on Friday the 13th.
The eight-piece powerhouse blends funk, rock, soul, and R&B into a high-energy spectacle packed with infectious grooves, punchy horns, sharp musicianship, irreverent humor, and plenty of surprises.
The Nashville-based band has appeared on PBS’s Front and Center, NBC’s That’s My Jam, Fox & Friends, and The Bob & Tom Show. Their album Cryptic reached No. 9 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart, and their music has been featured in Scrubs, The Loop, and the film Fired Up!
Brassy. Bawdy. Theatrical. Dangerously funky.
Their identities may remain under wraps, but their reputation as one of funk-rock’s most unforgettable live bands is no mystery.
Spend Friday the 13th with Here Come the Mummies at Arts Bonita—and prepare for a night of funk that refuses to stay buried.
