At this workshop we will be focusing on herbs that can help us combat stress, anxiety and depression. We will learn the different ways to use these herbs to our best benefit. We will also discuss the safety of using these herbs, and any contraindications or cautions to be aware of.
Each participant will receive a booklet to take home containing the 10 herbs we will be discussing. Also each participant will get to blend their own herbal tea, you will receive a 6oz jar, and the choice of 30 different herbs to use in your personal blend. There will also be tea to drink during the workshop.
