About this Event
Herbal medicine and nutrition can empower women to navigate hormonal transitions with confidence—from early changes through menopause and into vibrant, graceful aging. This is a natural and meaningful phase of life, not a disease to be treated, but a rite of passage to be supported. In this class, we’ll explore foundational biology in an accessible way, along with practical self-care strategies. We’ll look at seven interconnected body systems—such as the hormonal, cardiovascular, and nervous systems—and how they influence our well-being during this transition. You’ll leave with practical tools to address common challenges, insight into your own unique health goals, and a custom herbal tea blend that we’ll create together.
