Join me, Rachel Purdey, Professional Medical Herbalist as we explore edible and medicinal plants as they thrive around us.
The abundance of Midsummer is an excellent time to harvest and prepare medicines for the rest of the year.
Learn how to work with plants to help strengthen our bodies systems, improve health and restore wellness.
This is an opportunity to discover and connect to the medicinal plants growing around us, to learn about their uses and history.
You will have the opportunity to sample a variety of herbal preparations and make your own herbal remedy to take home.
