Herbs such as chamomile and ginger may help with colds, flu, tummy aches, constipation, and diarrhea, but it’s crucial to tailor doses to a child's age and weight to ensure safety.
In our discussion, we'll explore effective herbal options for common childhood ailments, and how to prepare child-friendly remedies.
