Come join Carla Salas with Two Hives Honey and Lauren Peterson with Sacred Journey School of Herbalism & White Deer Apothecary for a class on the medicinal properties of herbs and honey.We will be making a honey herbal infusion and an electuary honey that each participant will get to take home!

An electuary is made by mixing powdered medicinal herbs with honey and is a delicious way to consume beneficial herbs on a daily basis. You can eat a spoonful on its own or mix it into hot tea or coffee.
