Herbalism for Autumn and Winter
Through a blend of practical herbalism, ancestral wisdom, and energetic understanding, we’ll examine how plants support not only physical health, but also emotional processing, grief work, and connection to lineage and land. We will discuss harvesting roots, berries, and resins, preparing syrups, warming teas, oils, and ritual blends, along with tips on caring for ourselves and communities during times of dim light and slower rhythms.
This class honors the shorter days of the year not as something to endure, but as a necessary and sacred phase of the cycle—one that teaches resilience, remembrance, and the power of tending the hearth, both within and without.
