Join herbalist Bevin Cohen for a sensory exploration of herbal teas. Brew and enjoy a selection of teas while Bevin shares his knowledge on the various herbal ingredients as well as how to grow, harvest and dry herbs for home use. Through guided tastings, you'll learn to identify the subtle flavor notes and aromatic profiles that make each herb unique. Create your own custom tea blend and take home an herb plant to start your tea-making journey.
Perfect for ages 13 and up, this workshop offers hands-on experience with these botanical treasures. $35 includes all supplies and takeaways. Registration required. Books and herbal products available for purchase after the program.
