Join us for an herbal sauna immersion — four rounds of carefully crafted aufguss, each one a journey into a different herbal world. Dried botanicals, fresh herbs, wild teas, aromatic fusions and whatever the season generously offers will guide you deeper into warmth, scent and sensation. In between the heat, we’ll provide different body scrubs to give yourself a little extra love. Treat your skin to nourishing body scrubs and gentle care rituals — a moment to tend to yourself with intention.
PRACTICAL INFO:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before time to have time to get changed.
Due to limited spaces, you can only buy one ticket per person for the sauna.
Bring your own towel and the amount of clothes you feel comfortable with. Be aware that some people might feel comfortable in a sauna without wearing clothes.
In addition to a changing room with 3 showers, we also have an outdoor shower that you can use.
ABOUT THE GUSMASTERS
Anna & Oliver are two passionate sauna facilitators that love to dive into the deep immersion of heat and herbal experiences to nourish body, mind and soul. Anna has been facilitating sauna sessions at Rört since 2019, weaving essential oils, herbs and teas into carefully crafted rituals that engage the senses and invite deep relaxation. Oliver brings his years of experience as both a sauna facilitator and yoga teacher into the steam. His background in movement, breathwork and mindful presence adds another layer of deep immersion.
