This class will provide an introduction into which herbs and herbal preparations to choose for acute and chronic respiratory issues, how to build a strong respiratory system, manage symptoms and support your body in quick recovery. Class participants will learn about herbal preparations, actions and applications, and will receive recipes and resources to take home.
