About this Event
Do you make Fire Cider and are ready to uplevel your game?
Delve into the tasty, fun, and healthy world of herbal oxymels and shrubs in this hands-on workshop designed for women who want to sip with intention and support their wellness naturally.
You’ll learn to craft your own gut-loving herbal tonics using time-honored ingredients like raw honey, vinegar, fruits, and medicinal herbs. These vibrant blends are as nourishing as they are delicious—and they make the perfect base for mocktails, which you'll get to explore during class.
But the magic doesn’t stop at drinks! Oxymels and shrubs can also be used in salad dressings, marinades, glazes, and other flavorful ways to bring herbal wellness into your everyday meals.
Join this unique workshop to get prepped for fall, winter, and the holiday season with remedies that support your healthy gut, gifts you can make from the heart, and festive drinks that feel as good as they taste... all at the same time!
Whether you're new to herbalism or simply looking for creative ways to care for your body, this gathering is all about connection, creativity, and feeling good from the inside out.
