Herbal Medicines and Infusions

In this workshop you will learn about the many ways of preparing herbs for medicine and thier uses as well as how to integrate them into your routine for optimal wellness or for when you need them.

We will be covering tinctures, vinegar, oil/salve, and water extractions. By the end of this event you will know

• Different tincture mentruums (and what that means!)
• The dual extraction process for medicinal mushrooms
• Strengths of alcohol to use according to herb and part
• Ratios of herb to oil/alc/water
• How healing salve is for many skin problems
• Some common herbs and thier medicinal properties

Each participant will take home thier own salve, vinegar infusion and dual extract mushroom tincture.

*Location of workshop is at a private residence near the shed. Participants will get an email with the location a few days before the event.
