Herbal-Infused Oil Workshop

Join us for a hands-on afternoon of herbal crafting as we explore the art of making herbal infused oils—foundational plant preparations used to support inflammation, muscle pain, women’s health, and overall body care.

Back in the workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of oil infusion—how to properly prepare herbs, choose the right carrier oils, and work with plant energetics to create potent, intentional remedies. Each participant will select three herbs to craft a personalized infused oil, with options to focus on inflammation, muscle and joint support, women’s health, or a custom blend of your choosing.

We’ll work together to create your infusion while discussing traditional uses, preparation methods, and ways to incorporate herbal oils into daily self-care rituals.

All equipment and materials are provided. If there is a specific dried herb you’d like to work with, you’re welcome to bring it.

You’ll leave with your own handcrafted herbal infused oil, a simple guide to infusion methods, and a deeper connection to the wisdom of medicinal plants.
