In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to use herbal remedies and a holistic approach to support and strengthen your immune system. Together, we’ll explore immune-boosting herbs, taste samples of nourishing preparations, and learn simple recipes you can use at home to care for yourself and your family.
During class I'll also teach you how to make elderberry syrup—a delicious and effective herbal remedy—and you’ll take home a bottle to start your winter medicine chest.
