Just as every note creates harmony in a song, every herb brings its own melody of wellness. In this workshop, you’ll:
⛾ Craft a personalized herbal tea, tailored to your body’s needs. Graciel from The Soul in Bloom-Tea Apothecary, offers individual attention, helping you fine-tune which organic herbs would benefit you. You will take home a custom blend of loose herbal tea.
♫ Sip & Soak in Sound – Relax into a meditative sound bath while savoring the tea you designed, letting harmony flow from cup to body to mind. Susan Krystaf, a specialist in Sound Healing, will immerse you in the vibrational frequencies of Crystal Quartz bowls aligned to the harmonics of nature. The singing bowls promote relaxation, rejuvenation and recharging to the body's natural state of health.
