Come dive into the magic of both Ayurvedic and local PNW herbs. You will learn their qualities, what they can be used for, ethical foraging if it is local, what herbs need an infusion vs. decoction, etc.
The herbs we are covering can help with diabetes, heart issues, skin issues, digestive issues, and others!
You will leave the workshop with not only an abundant amount of information, but with some herbal treats as well!
