Welcome to dreaming

Enjoy a session of tea tasting and expect some more abstract themes and storytelling as part of this workshop. Join me as we explore herbs that can help facilitate dream space and assist us with memory recall when the dreams have past.

Workshop structure

• We start the evening off with a blind tea tasting to build our intuition and share our experiences. Don't feel you have to share, but there is something wonderful happening when you do. Creative materials will be on hand to use.
• We then spend some time exploring a few different herbs, their uses and actions relevant to the theme of the workshop.
• Get hands on and make your own herbal blend to take home.
• Please be aware that being in 'dream space' may make you feel a little spaced out - so expect to be asked to jump around a little bit to wake up at the end of the session if needed.

About Rebecca

No third person stuff here. Just me. I have been running an organic refill shop in Crystal palace for nearly eight years, medicinal herbs being my absolute favourite part of the shop!

I will qualify in clinical herbalism in 2028, and love learning about all the obscure and lesser known diseases. I spend a great amount of time in community herbal gardens, foraging out in the wild, making my own medicines and generally surrounding myself with plants - and so have lots of wonderful things to share with whoever wants to come and learn. I’m also learning so much from others too, so its always a collaborative effort. I believe in Magic, and I love science, so come join me as we connect the two.
