No matter how careful we are and take care of ourselves the best we can, we still get sick sometimes. There are a few times each year when we are more prone to pick up pesky germs. In this class, we will talk about what to do when the cold or flu knocks us down. We will put together an herbal tool kit so it's ready when we need it. Sore throat? Sinus trouble? Fever? Cough? We'll match it all with the best herbs and preparations.
Class fee is $40.
