Workshop fee: $65, Save $5 when pre-paid by 2/7/25.

Both joy and grief meet in the respiratory system, and as it gives life to the other systems of the body, it also teaches us how to live in the moment, and how to trust in life’s flow.
We are currently being asked to live in the moment more than ever.
In this class we will explore plants and lifestyle choices that support and nourish the respiratory system.
Students will also get the opportunity to make and take home a medicine to nurture their respiratory system.
Due to spacing needs, each class is limited to 10 students.
