For our final herb meeting of the year the FNH herbalists are going to be taking a look at spices and their medicinal benefits. How many of us have a dusty spice rack or some jars at the back of the cupboard that we have forgotten about? Now's the time to dig them out and start putting them to good use. Spices have many culinary uses and traditionally were not just used to make food taste good, but were also used for their medicinal properties. At this event we will be looking at these actions and how we can all be using these to help support our general health and well being.
Entry fee is £5 per person, cash on arrival please. This includes a complimentary hot drink and handouts giving a brief overview of the evenings topic.
Booking in advance IS NOT REQUIRED. Just turn up on the night and enjoy a relaxed evening with like minded people
