Join us for this friendly meeting where the FNH Herbalists share their knowledge and experience regarding the medicinal benefits of plants. If you have an interest in supporting your health naturally using plant medicine, then why not join us?For our first meeting of the year our theme is going to focus on medicinal plants which can provide us with some immune system support. Especially useful at this time of year when there are still colds, flu, coughs and COVID still going about. Learn what plants could be helping you to stay healthy and/or help you recover quicker should you catch anything.
Open to everyone. No booking necessary, just turn up on the night. £5 per person entry fee which includes a complimentary hot drink and informative handouts on the evenings topic.
