Join us for this friendly meeting where the FNH Herbalists share their knowledge and experience regarding the medicinal benefits of plants. If you have an interest in supporting your health naturally using plant medicine, then why not join us?
This month the FNH herbalists are going to be taking a look at plants from the Asteraceae (Daisy) Family. One of the largest, if not the largest, of the plant families with certainly many of these species having medicinal benefits. The humble daisy (Bellis perennis) is a prevalent plant here in the UK and often gets overlooked or cursed by those seeking a 'perfect' lawn. Come along and find out what benefits this unassuming plant has as well as many of it's other relations.
Open to everyone. No booking necessary, just turn up on the night. £5 per person entry fee which includes a complimentary hot drink and informative handouts on the evenings topic.
