We’re proud to introduce the very first Her Wellness House event a curated wellness day designed for women who want to step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.

Created as a modern space for movement, conversation and calm this experience brings together like-minded women for a day that feels energising, grounding and genuinely restorative. Expect a beautifully considered environment, intentional sessions and the kind of atmosphere you don’t want to rush out of.

Your day will include:

• A signature Pilates class to strengthen and energise
• A restorative yoga session with guided gratitude
• A bouquet creation workshop with our own florist
• A deeply relaxing sound bath with distant reiki and meditation
• Tasty lunch from a local business
• Time to slow down, connect and reset
