Join us for the Her Wellness 5K Walk, hosted by Sariyah Alease in partnership with Cry Loud Spare Not Speak Up, Inc.
Spend the afternoon moving your body, refreshing your mind, and connecting with community—all while supporting a meaningful cause. Enjoy our 5K wellness walk, guided stretch, vendors, giveaways, and community connection.

General Walker — $25
Includes admission to the Her Wellness 5K Walk, wellness pack, vendor access, and community resources.
VIP Walker — $45
Upgrade your walk experience with special VIP perks and extras.
VIP benefits include all the perks of General Walker, plus Priority Check-In, a custom event tote bag, a water bottle, and entry into the grand prize drawing.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and a portion of event proceeds will support domestic violence outreach and awareness through Cry Loud Spare Not Speak Up, Inc.

VENDORS WANTED | $50
Bring your business to Her Wellness! Showcase your products or services while connecting with women and members of our community during an afternoon centered on wellness, connection, and purpose. Vendors providing services and products in the wellness, beauty, and athletic sectors are highly preferred.
Vendor Space: $50
Vendors must provide their own table. Space is limited.
