Stephanie fills the room with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other instruments while Ericka offers each person their own personal Reiki.
Lie down. Get comfortable. Let the sound surround you and the Reiki meet you where you are.
No experience needed.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to fix.
You might leave lighter. You might leave tender. You might finally set down something you didn't know you were carrying, or pick up something you forgot was yours.
Every version of that is okay.
This is an evening to honor the feminine energy within all of us: intuitive, creative, receptive, powerful, nurturing, fierce, and deeply knowing.
All genders are welcome.
Bring: a yoga mat, blanket,pillow, an eye covering if you have one, and water. Wear something comfortable that allows you to fully relax while lying down.
