Archetypes are universal patterns of human experience that reside in the collective unconscious, as described by Carl Jung. They shape our stories, influence our behaviors, and connect us to the deeper threads of humanity. By embodying archetypes through movement, we can access profound insights into our own inner landscapes and uncover hidden aspects of our being.

Working with archetypes provides a mirror for self-reflection and a map for personal growth. Neuroscience shows that engaging in somatic practices—like moving with intention and emotion—can rewire our brain’s pathways, fostering resilience and new perspectives. By stepping into the archetypes, we not only reclaim fragmented parts of ourselves but also create space for healing, empowerment, and the emergence of our fullest potential. Each session will offer tools to integrate these archetypal energies, helping you navigate life with greater clarity and purpose.

This journey is offered as a closed group, meaning the same women will gather each week, creating a container of trust, depth, and connection. When we consistently show up in a safe and committed space, our nervous systems relax, allowing us to access deeper layers of healing and transformation. As we move together, witness each other’s stories, and share in vulnerability, we cultivate a sacred sisterhood that supports lasting change.

Gloria has been devoted to the path of women’s empowerment for over a decade, guiding women to reconnect with their innate wisdom, sensuality, and cyclical nature. A lifelong dancer, she discovered 5Rhythms in 2013, igniting a profound journey of healing, transformation, and liberation through movement. Her practice extends beyond dance into breath, ritual, and deep listening, creating spaces for embodied awakening.
She is the co-founder of Sattva Land, a retreat center in the jungles of Belize, where she hosts immersive experiences. As a teacher, she offers a sanctuary for body and spirit to merge, inviting others to explore the infinite capacity of love through movement.
