A welcoming brunch experience created for women who are currently serving, preparing to transition from military service, veterans, and retirees.
Join us for an afternoon of great food, sisterhood, meaningful connections, mentorship, and real conversations about identity, transition, careers, benefits, purpose, and life beyond the uniform.
This is a space to share experiences, ask questions, learn from one another, and build relationships with women who understand the journey.
Whether you're preparing for your transition or have been out for years, there is a seat at the table for you.

Maybe you're counting down the days until retirement. Maybe transition is around the corner, and you have more questions than answers. Maybe you've already taken off the uniform, but you're still figuring out who you are in this next chapter.

Her Next Mission is a space to show up as you are, ask the questions you haven't asked, share what you've learned, connect with women who understand, and possibly be the support another woman needs.
Some women will come looking for answers.
Some will come ready to share theirs.
Some will simply come because they need community.
