Arrive at 12:45 PM for check-in, enjoy a refreshing Morning Glow drink, and connect with fellow guests before stepping onto the mat.
YOUR AFTERNOON:
• 12:50–1:30 PM: Check-in, welcome drinks, and time to connect
• 1:30–2:15PM: Private, instructor-led hot mat Pilates class
• 2:15-3:15 PM: Refreshments, mingling, photos, and goodie bags
Come solo or bring a friend—you don’t have to be an influencer or part of our team to join. This is a space to build friendships, create community, and make a little time for yourself.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring your own mat, water, towel, and grip socks.
