Welcome to Pilates & Prayer by Her Aligned!
This Easter edition of Pilates & Prayer is a time for movement, reflection, and spiritual growth—planting seeds of faith and stepping into the new beginnings God has for us.
This event is all about finding alignment in both body and spirit but also getting together as women and building a sisterhood community.
We'll start with a Pilates session to strengthen our cores and minds, followed by a brunch and a peaceful moment of prayer and reflection.
