Join the Beach to Bay Heritage Area in unveiling a new mural in Ocean City. This mural, painted by Jay Coleman, honors Ocean City's African American history and the individuals that helped make Ocean City into the vacation destination that it is today. The mural will stand proudly outside of the Henry Hotel, which also features on the mural, and depicts elements of Ocean City's black history, including Mrs. Pearl Bonner who was the last one to operate the hotel before her passing.
The ribbon cutting for this new piece of public art will be held on Tuesday, September 30th at 11am outside of the Henry Hotel. Join us in embracing this unique piece of Ocean City history!
