Free Entrance
Members of the public are invited to attend the competition's first semi-final round in the Endler Hall, Stellenbosch. This is a rare chance to follow the progress of all 12 gifted pianists selected for the 16th Hennie Joubert Piano Competition.
Required repertoire:
•One Prelude and Fugue from J.S. Bach’s Das Wohltemperierte Klavier
•A virtuoso étude
•A work by a South African composer
